Would you like to win paid work with your favourite brands? Wouldn?t you love to build brand relationships that result not only in excellent content that you?re proud to feature, but also a reasonable fee for your time?
Emily Leary is a seasoned blogger and social media expert (as well as the blogger fronting the latest Lego Duplo campaign!). She?ll be running a workshop at BritMums Live called Turning Pitches Into Profit.
In the session you?ll learn:
? what brands want to know and why they want it (for example: stats, reach, unique visitors)
? how to think about what you give back to a brand
? how to be thought of as a good content creator
? examples of less high profile bloggers who reliably get work
Plus you?ll create a pitch in the room on the day, coming up with a hook as a group and learning how to put it together!
About the speaker:
Emily Leary is a writer and presenter, as well as a busy mum of two with a love of all things creative. After a lot of plate spinning, Emily left a 12 year career in digital marketing behind in 2013 to write about food and lifestyle full-time. Her love of food and photography is the basis for her blog, A Mummy Too, which began in 2011 and now shares daily recipes, tips and video guides for anyone who believes a shortage of spare time shouldn?t mean you can?t enjoy beautiful, delicious things. @AMummyToo
